If silver is going to try for that 23 region to complete the WXY in 4, then it should hold 21.39 in this region on its way to the 22 region for wave v of 3.  Should that 21.39  be taken out, then wave v of 3 has completed as an ED, and we are probably looking for a drop to the  20.70-21 region for wave 4.   Any break down below 20.70 is a warning to me that this count er-trend rally has likely completed
